Does New City, Inc. sell directly to the public?

New City Inc sells exclusively to re-sellers and retailers. For this same reason we are not allowed to sell to the final consumer or sell samples.

Is there a minimum purchase order?

Yes. Minimum orders are US$ 2,500 for orders within the USA and US$ 3,000 for orders outside the USA.

Does New City, Inc. ship international orders?

Yes, prices are FOB our warehouse. This means that freight and insurance are handled by the buyer. The goods have to be picked up by the freight forwarder or whichever carrier the buyer chooses. There will be a small extra fee if New City has to deliver the order to the freight forwarder. We are not responsible for any damages that may result in the miss handling of the boxes by the carrier.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes, Credit Cards can be used but only for domestic orders and as long as we ship to the credit card billing address. The fees charged by the credit card company will be added on to the freight charge (about 3.25% Depending on the Credit Card) .

Are all the models in the web page in stock?

Our inventory is constantly changing. The models on display in our web page are the ones that we generally work with. We will send an availability list of the models we currently have in stock when the client is ready to make a purchase. We can also quote prices on specific models. When asking for a quote, please state how many of each model are being ordered.

What are the shipping costs?

Prices for shipping are based on weight, value and final destination of order. Within the US we ship with UPS. Domestic orders usually average 1% of the purchase amount; international around 6%.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you should receive a defective product, all you have to do is contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and get a return authorization number. The watches must of course be in un-used condition with original labels & packages.

Do the watches have a warranty?

The warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
